Current Assignments

Acting as owner’s representative for a 258-room beachfront resort on the French side of St. Martin. The assignment includes strategic advisory on operational efficiency, leading a full-scale renovation, and securing fiscal incentives from the European Union, French government, and local authorities. Currently overseeing the renovation and repositioning of the asset as an independent resort, targeted for Q4 2025, followed by rebranding under a premium soft brand in 2026. The project also integrates a significant for-sale residential component designed to maximize long-term ROI for stakeholders.

Spearheading several initiatives for delivery of FF&E including furniture, seating and lighting from factory direct sources in Asia/Mexico/Spain while providing full procurement services as needed by respective clients.  Current projects includes a select service hotel under design on the east coast, an upscale hotel scheduling a complete renovation on the west coast and three (3) large resorts & condominium/residential developments located in the Caribbean.   

Retained by developer to review, analyze and benchmark management agreement(s) and participate in contract negotiations for a 300+ room branded All-Inclusive resort to be located on the island of St Lucia.  Assignment consist of contrasting current proposal to similar alternatives in the AI segment outlining  potential pitfall clauses while advising partners to seek best in class practices to maximize flexibility for ownership and accountability for brand/operator.

Currently spearheading advisory assignment for owner of underperforming asset to select new brand, negotiate new management agreement and reposition asset as a upper upscale resort now offering an experience driven stay for guests.  Additional assignment consisted of designing a for-sale branded residential component to significantly improve viability of owner's investment and implement a new exit strategy at medium term to extract capital from sales proceeds..  

Engaged by ownership to assess branding/management situation and seek alternatives for owners to take over operations under a new soft flag with a prominent US hotel company. Re branding with Curio by Hilton occurred in 2022 while maintaining an asset management role post operation start.  A cooperation with Giovanni Ronghi.

On behalf of owner/developer and in cooperation with Luxe Capital, negotiated management agreement for a 150+ room and residence AC by Marriott project to be located in Santo Domingo business district and finalized deal terms and management agreement suite of documentation (7 contracts from management, to residential, key money, and marketing) for the 300+ room & residences St Regis Cap Cana currently under construction and scheduled to open in 2024.
