Asset Manager representing ownership during a re-positioning process to upgrade asset in anticipation of selling it (one of three assets).  Presented offer to purchase to owner from Spanish hotel group targeting Jamaica for diversification.  Transaction closed in Q1 2023.

Successfully finalized with Luxe Capital the sale of a this Resort and was hired by new owners as asset manager after acquisition. Provided assistance with construction & permitting process for renovation.  Lead role in generating documentation for seeking and securing fiscal incentives.     

Negotiated and finalized with Luxe Capital an offer to purchase a 740 room resort for local investment fund looking to establish a portfolio of resorts in the DR

In cooperation with Victoria Porcelain, provided lead role for negotiation, acquisition and shipping of OS&E (all table top for 5 outlets) for the reopening of this All-Inclusive property.  

Assisted ownership during the franchise negotiations process to improve terms and conditions resulting in the signature of a long term license agreement under the Radisson Blu flag.

Finalized management agreement for Regent International to operate this 163 units luxury property designed and developed under a condominium regime.

Negotiated a long term strategic alliance between Carlson and AHI resulting in a 15+ hotels portfolio open and branded with Radisson today, now a Choice Hotels Hospitality Company.

Negotiated multi-property development agreement for a select service brand in Mexico.  JV resulted in 5 new built properties under 2 select brands within 5 years 

Spearheaded DD team for acquisitions in the Bahamas, Saint Martin, Aruba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Cayman and Mexico resulting in re-branding and in-house management. 

Acted as corporate officer fully responsible to assist, support and validate master licensee activities in Latin America during a 15+ year period 

Negotiated a multi-property conversion agreement (3) for full service resorts and hotels on three different islands in the Caribbean

efm negotiated the management contract of this 273 all suite resort scheduled to open around Q1 2021 and has already started pre-opening activities.

efm administered this 200 room resort and golf course for 8 years until mid 2019 

efm leased this 96 room boutique resort for the last few years until ownership took control of asset after the end of the lease in December 2019

IPH assisted ownership in developing and opening this very successful 140 room hotel and is currently overseeing all daily operations

Both HA and IPH have been instrumental in assisting ownership to finalize franchise agreements with Radisson and Capital Grill.  This 208 all suite resort is targeted to open in Q4 2020 under IPH management
