Roland's extensive background includes senior executive roles at distinguished hospitality enterprises like Premier/Ashford, HotelAVE, Renaissance Hotels, and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group (Regent, Radisson Blu, Country, Park Inn). In these capacities, he spearheaded multifaceted development pursuits, encompassing asset acquisitions, franchise and management agreement structuring, brand interactions, and intricate legal negotiations.
His accomplishments encompass a series of successes, including complex acquisitions in upscale segments across the Bahamas, St. Martin, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos, and Puerto Rico. His influence stretches to Latin America, where he masterminded negotiations for partnership agreements in Brazil and Mexico, as well as upper upscale ground-up projects such as Sao Paulo's Renaissance and Rio de Janeiro's JW Marriott.
Notably, Roland's scope of expertise spans back to his tenure as the head of development for Renaissance Hotels in Europe (EMEA). During this time, he played a pivotal role in expanding the company's reach prior to its acquisition by Marriott International.

His journey encompasses roles as a real estate developer, business proprietor, entrepreneur, and a pioneering investor in startups spanning technology, manufacturing, and construction systems. His tenure at CBC has seen the establishment of a "hotel-centric practice," meticulously tailored to offer seasoned guidance and expertise to hotel owners and investors.
As the founder and owner of La Rocca Group, a real estate development firm initially rooted in Venezuela, Roberto has etched his mark in the industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has orchestrated the conception, financing, and construction of an array of distinguished structures. Notable creations under his guidance include Radisson Blu Caracas, GlobalSigmakit, Club Residencial Hacienda Santa Ines, Royal Palm Luxury Homes, Torre Fondo Comun El Rosal, and Banesco Tower. Anthony Gambini
With an impressive two-decade tenure in the hospitality industry, Anthony established himself as a seasoned professional. His journey began with luxury guest services in Monaco, ultimately leading to a pivotal role in distribution at a major hotel group, where he earned the distinction of becoming one of the youngest corporate global sales directors.
In 2015, Anthony founded PAG, leveraging his extensive experience from leading distribution strategy at Accor. His vision transformed PAG into a consistent revenue stream, significantly boosting the net income of small to medium-sized independent hotel owners and operators, solidifying his influence in the hospitality sector. PAG holistic approach follows a methodical process for identifying pain points across five pillars: Content, Distribution, Marketing, Sales and Revenue, and Technology.
Anthony's strong leadership skills uniquely position him to enhance service standards, benefiting both PAG and its esteemed clientele.
Alongside his remarkable experience, Anthony holds a CHBA certification from HSMAI, emphasizing his expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).

Monique Loos
Monique is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and managing the accounting and administrative operations at Hospitality Advisors. This encompasses a wide range of duties, including financial transaction management, banking activities, and accounting tasks. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, meticulously documenting transactions, keeping comprehensive records, and facilitating effective communication with all stakeholders.
She possesses extensive expertise in the field of hospitality, with a specific focus on the cruise industry. Over a decade-long tenure, she successfully led the financial operations of Carnival Cruise Line's casinos, with a particular emphasis on cash accounting. Her responsibilities included the management, training, and scheduling of cashiers across a diverse, multi-ethnic staff working on more than 25 separate vessels, spanning various brands under the company's umbrella, such as Carnival, Holland America, Seabourn, and Windstar, among others.
Furthermore, Monique possesses a profound comprehension of facility planning and space management. She played a pivotal role in enhancing the design and functionality of this pivotal aspect for the parent company. Her strategic assignments took her to numerous dockyards across Europe during the ship construction phase. During this stage, she meticulously reviewed and assessed all elements of design, layout, and operational effectiveness of the casino spaces on each new vessel before their commencement of operations.
Before pivoting to hospitality, Monique was studying chiropractic in Amsterdam, her native country of origin. Today she resides in Miami Beach Florida and is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
